Create BOM for initializr requirement #1168

Per spring-io/initializr#307, we should have a BOM that identifies the api and impl packages and the 6 primary integrations: Servlet, Stormpath Default Spring Boot Starter, Spring WebMVC, Spring Boot WebMVC, Spring Security WebMVC, Spring Security Spring Boot WebMVC
