• Layer 1: Vault injection via SENTINEL.ps1 - ACTIVE
• Layer 2: memory-core plugin (memory_search / memory_get) - ACTIVE
• Layer 3: Neural graph (nmem_context) 7219+ neurons, 29291+ synapses - ACTIVE
• Layer 4: Nightly reconciliation (reconcile_memory.py + Gemini) - ACTIVE
• Layer 5: Coherence monitor (coherence_monitor.py) - ACTIVE

Test Suite

33/33 tests passing (coherence_monitor suite, 0.538s runtime)

Repository

31/31 documented files present and populated. TOPIC_INDEX.template.md schema fixed. reconcile_memory.py Part 8 live.

Infrastructure

AdamsVault migrated to C:\AdamsVault, all paths clean. Disk cleaned (~20GB recovered). All Python dependencies verified.
