Doesn't compile on Arch Linux

Compiling on Arch Linux or Arch-based distros (Manjaro, EndeavourOS, etc.) results in:

2d_graph.cpp:367:3: error: reference to ‘byte’ is ambiguous

Not sure where the issue is (could be the package). Also, there are two possibly related v1.7.2 issues in Debian's bugtracker:

• 2021 bug
• 2023 bug

I've corrected the broken 2023 bug link. Also checked there aren't any new related ones in the Debian bugtracker. The Arch package is still not building with the same error. It's a trivial bug.
