Hi! This adds Tigris (https://www.tigrisdata.com/) to the S3-compatible services section. It works with the existing aws-s3 provider, so it's just a row in the compatibility table and a small config example, modeled on the Cloudflare R2 one. Both settings in the table row are tested against Tigris docs.
