📚 Context
There is a difference between the IconLink and ArrowLink components (one uses
href, the other useslink).🧠 Description of Changes
This PR corrects the instances of IconLink in Get Started/Installation to use href instead of link to correct the content quickly. A follow-up PR can correct the components to be consistent.
