`ignore_cache=True` warning should read `ignore_hash=True`

Summary

When users [have a problem with caching, they often see a warning which says ignore_cache=True it should read ignore_hash=True, which is the correct keyword argument.

Future Work

Eventually, we should rename this deprecated ignore_hash and rename it allow_output_mutation.
