Updated to .net 8 and latest Strem version

This is a minor update just to bring the .net version and the strem nuget dependencies in line.

We were going to bump to a newer version of the Apex chart library for Blazor but unfortunately we cannot move past the 1.x versions for the moment due to how the library resolves its js files at runtime, once a work around/fix for that implicit behaviour can be found we can look at bumping to one of the newer versions.

Summary

This is the first release of the plugin which requires minimum Strem v0.7.218 which allows you to track analytics information from any streams, check the readme for more information.

An example here showing a few hours of analytics from the popular GamesDoneQuick channel (pixelated out the usernames)

Going forward this will hopefully get more modules and charts added but for now its got the minimal required contractual layers for others to build off.
