Follow-up to #104: strips OpenCode-only mode/model frontmatter that leaked into the canonical bevy-specialist.md, corrects stale 21-module/51-agent counts across README.md and AGENTS.md left behind by the Bevy module addition, and adds the v0.13.0 CHANGELOG entry.
