🐛 This version fixes a bug in the A&E resources calculation.

🔧 This version has major refactors from v1.0.0.

  • a new main function runs everything important and gathers the results in a dictionary.
  • "for mrs in range(6)" was peppered throughout the code and is now an argument in the main function.
  • fixed parameters are now stored in a dictionary rather than reloading fixed_params.py on changing model type.
  • names have been changed for many fixed parameters and keys in the results dictionary for clarity and consistency.
  • generally the inputs to functions have been made more explicit rather than passing in a dictionary of very many keys to use only a few of them.

⭐ A new "Advanced Options" page has been added. It collects the important results for many patients at once.
