  • Fix: repopulate a tab's Stream Management mirror (SM-ID and max) after a worker-driven resumption.
  • A stale shared connection worker now shuts itself down when a page from a newer build
    connects, and pages respawn their SharedWorker per connection attempt, so deploys converge
    without having to close every tab.
