  • Fix: strip a stale from from Stream Management stanzas re-sent after a failed resumption,
    so the freshly bound session no longer rejects them with invalid-from. The server stamps
    the authoritative c2s from; nested from attributes inside payloads are preserved.
  • Fix: always clear the idle timer on disconnect, so no stray idle callback fires after teardown under Node.
  • Fix: Check whether CryptoSubtle is available before attempting SCRAM
