Added

• You can now generate post and pre sections for both markdown and typescript.
  Those will be included verbatim in the generated documents.
• New option to run commands after generating files (e.g. prettier or eslint)

Fixed

• Markdown table shows the correct value for required
• Typescript types are exported automatically
