Native SEK v0.1.3. ELK pins the pure .NET 10 SEK tool, Modeling package, and Spec Kit extension by exact SHA-256 values. Generated conformance projects are natively net10.0.
Operations-learning gates. Incident, postmortem, and repair workflows bind current North Star direction, Learnings-Pyramid rules/provenance, SEK escape analysis, executable repair gates, and current readiness.
High-certainty dead-code stewardship. New /speckit.engloop.41-deadcode records one DEADCODExxx proposal, proves the isolated deletion, and changes current source only after explicit candidate-specific user approval. Rejections remain recorded before a newly numbered search.
Stewardship ordering. Stage 40 is now /speckit.engloop.40-refactor; Learnings Pyramid moves to Stage 42.
