Minor release adding a split, fail-closed author-side code-review response workflow.

Author-side review response

  • Adds /speckit.engloop.11-codereview-address for one explicitly selected current review thread. Stage 11 may make the smallest accepted source/test repair and run repository-declared validation, but cannot post, resolve, vote, commit, push, rearrange the checkout, or edit Git/tool/config/adapter/response-authority state.
  • Stage 11 emits an ignored, hash-bound response packet and trusted completion receipt. After a source change, an external workflow owns commit/push and a new clean Stage 11 refresh packet is required.
  • Adds /speckit.engloop.12-codereview-reply-resolve with no source-edit authority. It requires a clean trusted Stage 11 packet, performs an exact non-mutating provider inspection, displays a canonically escaped approval payload, and applies only the separately approved reply, resolve, or reply-and-resolve operation.
  • Resolution requires the validated fix revision on the authoritative provider head. Provider mutation is isolated behind a tracked, hash-bound engloop-review-response-v1 adapter with no shell-evaluation fallback.
  • Attempts are persisted before mutation, serialized across concurrent processes, bound to the exact approval/inspection/packet identities, and reconciled with the same marker after ambiguous outcomes. Blind retry and inferred success are forbidden.

Existing workflow fix

  • Completes natural-language Stage 21 routing: ordinary postmortem requests enter a read/search/question-only collector, propose the next registry-backed PM path, and bind only from a host-issued confirmation receipt. Direct and delegated lifecycle hooks remain equivalent and fail closed.

Surface and platform

  • Exact surface: 28 commands, 28 agents, 28 prompts, and 31 review-first handoff edges.
  • .NET SDK 10.0.303 / net10.0.
  • Exact external SEK v0.1.3 dependency with pinned release hashes.

Validation

  • Whole-product readiness: PASS.
  • Tests: 3,322 generated behavioral tests, 310 core/direct tests, and 64 overlay tests passed.
  • All six modules exceed 95% measured line and branch coverage; Tool is 97.59% line / 95.11% branch.
  • Root/config/command/agent validation, isolated tool install, bundle validation/build, deterministic source/archive/disposable-install projection, extension removal, and clean/coexisting overlay transactions all passed.
  • No UI/editor automation was used for release validation.
