Corrective stable release restoring the supported ELK upgrade contract.

Upgrade repair

  • Restores the exact ordered 29-command commands.ids release-manifest field required by the shipped updater.
  • Validates all required manifest command, artifact, platform, and SEK fields before any local mutation, including check-only mode.
  • Proven with a disposable real v1.16.0 installation upgraded through its shipped updater to the final v1.18.0 tool, extension, and manifest.
