Corrective release for installed command-surface validation and operations-agent forward progress.

Fixed

  • Broad validate commands and validate agent-surfaces now resolve the installed .specify/extensions/engloop/commands surface when source-extension files are absent. A genuinely missing configured root returns actionable diagnostics instead of an unhandled DirectoryNotFoundException.
  • Stage 21 postmortem parsing removes exactly one sentence-ending period only from an unquoted prose .md. option, while CLI, quoted, confirmation, and receipt paths remain exact.
  • Incomplete Incident, Postmortem, and Repair evidence retains user conversation/navigation, safe recovery reads/questions, and Stage 50 escalation. It does not authorize mutations or claim completion.

Verification

  • Scoped command-root, operations lifecycle, binder, navigation, agent-surface, and conformance tests: 288/288 passed in 502.57 seconds.
  • Disposable final-asset upgrade: v1.18.0 → v1.19.0 passed in 6.41 seconds with ELK_UPGRADE_PASS, COMMANDS_OK, AGENT_SURFACES_OK, and Stage 21/22 AGENT_ENTRY_OK.
  • Whole-product readiness was not rerun; no readiness PASS is claimed by this corrective release.
