Ordered EngLoop workflow generation on the 1.x SemVer line.

  • Thirteen exact ordered speckit.engloop.* delivery, operations, and stewardship commands.
  • Evidence-gated .engloop root, Northstar, Learnings Pyramid, runway, functional validation, and whole-product readiness.
  • Independent model-derived legal and rejection conformance plus measured per-module 95/95 coverage.
  • Deterministic source/archive/disposable-install validation only; ELK does not perform UI validation or editor automation.
