Version 1.1 reconstructs address-level treatment facility listings from 26 SAMHSA directories: 1998, 2000, 2001, and 2003-2025.

The release includes combined and survey-year facility files, facility-service records, CSV/Parquet/RDS/Stata formats, the 22 historical PDFs, four official SAMHSA workbooks, geocoding and QA fields, and a suppression-aware County Business Patterns comparison.

Quality assurance is ongoing. Parser warnings and year-level QA fields remain in the downloads. N-SSATS and N-SUMHSS are not directly trend-comparable across the 2020/2021 survey transition. Historical contact information should not be used to locate current treatment.

Preliminary reconstruction of 22 historical SAMHSA treatment facility directories (1998, 2000, 2001, and 2003-2021). Quality assurance is ongoing. Records with parser and geography warnings are retained so users can make their own inclusion decisions. Historical contact information may be stale; these data are not a current treatment locator.
