dots.tts 0.3.1

Patch release for dots.tts 0.3.0.

Fixes:

• Fix MeanFlow optimized/compiled prefill warmup for models such as dots.tts-mf. The previous 0.3.0 path could pass CFG prefill state into the single-branch MeanFlow DiT cache and fail with a shape mismatch like [18, 1, ...] vs [18, 2, ...].

Validation:

• Built sdist and wheel locally.
• twine check passed for both artifacts.
• Verified package metadata reports Version: 0.3.1.
