First release. Dependence-robust event-study inference toolkit extracted from the crypto-event-study pipeline: EventStudyDesign, GarchXBootstrap (CCC-GARCH-X with Student-t-copula / Gaussian / wild innovations), event-level block bootstrap and Ibragimov-Muller test, design-effect corrections. Golden tests reproduce the source pipeline's committed statistics. Builds on gjr-garch-x >= 0.3.0.
