What changed

  • Restores the original Activity Log as the primary WordPress view.
  • Keeps sanitized webhook request-arrival diagnostics in a collapsed technical section below the log.
  • Does not change blog publishing or featured-image behavior.

What changed

  • Preserves unsigned external CRM publishing while Request Authentication is in observe_v2, recorded as legacy_unsigned_observed.
  • Continues rejecting invalid supplied signatures.
  • Keeps enforce_v2 strict: unsigned requests are rejected once enforcement is enabled.
  • Adds sanitized Request Diagnostics to Activity Log so operators can confirm whether a webhook reached Ratesight and see its authentication outcome without exposing bodies, signatures, or secrets.

Verification

  • Full plugin test suite passed from merge commit a7a08ad.
  • Release package integrity and contents verified before publication.

Restores the Publishing and Activity Log destinations in the WordPress admin menu.

  • Publishing shows the exact site-specific CRM webhook URL.
  • Activity Log restores webhook success, warning, failure, payload, filtering, and retry diagnostics.
  • Provider credentials and technical connection pages remain hidden from the primary client menu.

Keeps Ratesight active during signed dashboard-managed updates.

The updater now runs inside WordPress background-update lifecycle semantics only for the scoped update call, preserving maintenance mode, fatal-error detection, rollback protection, and active plugin state.

Fixes dashboard-managed installations being refused by WordPress background-update eligibility policy.

The signed, explicitly confirmed dashboard update now bypasses background scheduling policy while retaining filesystem checks, immutable package validation, temporary backup, fatal-error detection, and rollback protection.
