USBCam v1.1.0 - instant quality switching, up to 4K

• Instant quality & camera switching: change resolution or front/back while streaming - no stop/start needed
• New resolutions: 1440p and 4K (if the phone sensor supports it; Redmi 12 captures 3264x2448)
• Default quality is now 1080p
• New "Switch camera" button in the Android app
• Fixed rare crashes when switching very fast on MIUI
