What's new

• Delete any item using X button on the Explore tab.
• Add, delete and customize feeds. Existing feeds can be inspected at /feeds, but modifications are not implemented there.
• Translate any language to any (configured in the DB). Previously it was only Deutsch-to-English.

Fixed

• translator should more often work than not.

Breaking changes

• SQLite is now used instead of YAML for saving items as well as settings.
• Most command-line args are removed. See --help.
• --website should start from http:// or https://.
