Release of v0.0.2

• A quick tag and release to allow for direct GitHub installation of a tagged version
• Development will continue, but the large push of recent changes will become less frequent
• this should allow for a "stable" version to be referenced, although reserving the right to maintain a version < 1.0.0 semantic versioning indicating the API is still free (and likely) to change.
