Upgrade notes

  • A node now keeps the newest 3 backups unless told otherwise, and no longer reads BACKUP_KEEP
    (it kept 7 by default). The first backup after the upgrade removes the older ones, except the
    backup taken before the upgrade. To keep more, set the number in Settings → This node →
    Backups     before the next scheduled backup (3:00 UTC unless changed).

What changed

  • Remote access: a node's own https address through a relay, where the packaging offers it.
  • Weekly backups, how many to keep, and disk use on Storage.
  • One link opens Cursor, VS Code, Kiro, Goose or LM Studio with the node filled in.
  • A smaller install: the node ships as one bundle.
