This update rewrites the websocket connection backend entirely, leaving the days of forgetting to open OBS in the past!

This update brings tons of internal refactoring and a couple of small new features to go along with it! The highlights are as follows:

New Features

Ability to enable/disable the entire mod without a restart
Ability to close/open OBS without a restart
Ability to use OBS's split recording feature (read the description for optimal performance!)
The last X amount of restarts are kept saved in Videos/.NCdiscard just in case (configurable!)
- (Videos being wherever OBS is configured)
Ghost directory should work a bit better
Manual key (renamed to the Control Key) now is context aware and will save to the correct folder
Ability to auto-save only on a green DNF (#1, thanks @kookii1!)
Reorganized the settings to use NL3's system
- All settings should be maintained!
Made the recording alert slightly less intrusive
Reconfigure some logging to not clutter nearly as much
