Verification

The v0.2.0 branch passed Rust formatting, Clippy, workspace tests, release CLI build, desktop lint/typecheck/build, Tauri --no-bundle build, and a self-host fleet audit. The self-host audit generated its report without crash or source modification; its correct finding status was partial_success with 42 diagnostics.
