The Instructions were outdated. I could not find an .exe installer, but .zip files instead. Updated the installation description to say so. Parallel mode worked just fine as described in the https://su2code.github.io/tutorials/Inviscid_ONERAM6/ test case, so I added a "Install MPI" Section and removed the "no MPI Support" disclaimer. The Microsoft MPI installer can be found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56727
