This releases adds the argparse library to the CLI, as well as some CI and Makefile quality of life changes.

Usage: task-cli [--help] [--version] [--verbose] [--path VAR] {add,delete,list,mark,update}

Optional arguments:
  -h, --help     shows help message and exits 
  -v, --version  prints version information and exits 
  --verbose      enable verbose mode 
  -p, --path     The path of the data file [nargs=0..1] [default: "/home/justinhoang/todo.json"]

Subcommands:
  add           add new task
  delete        delete a task
  list          list all tasks
  mark          mark a task
  update        update a task
