Home gets a Discover grid of new songs picked for you, Autoplay stops repeating itself, and a handful of fixes.

Home

Discover. A new 3x3 grid comes before Recents: nine songs picked for you, mostly ones you haven't heard yet, similar to what you play and like, with two or three of your favourites mixed in. Tap one to play it, and Autoplay carries on from there. You get a new set each time you open the app. Swipe left for Recents, which is exactly as before. The playing tile. In Discover and Recents, the song that's playing now has a simple grey border. (436f170)

Fresher Home. Home now refreshes itself when you come back after a while, and new albums from artists you follow show up sooner. Pull-to-refresh is gone. (39018a1, 7b2b7d3)

Albums and singles. Some albums opened empty or wouldn't play, and some single-song releases were labelled as albums. Albums now open reliably, and a one-song release just plays. (39018a1)

Playing

Autoplay mixes it up. The same song used to bring the same songs after it, in the same order. Now you get a different mix each time, and it avoids songs you've just heard. (39018a1)

Reopening the app no longer stops the music. In some cases, such as after changing the wallpaper, font size or language, the music paused and jumped back a few seconds. (0ebee5e)

Double-tapping a song no longer adds its album or playlist to the queue twice. (8e9bfda)

Bottom bar and screens

A coral dot sits under the tab you're on, and the icons are a little bigger, like Spotify's. The bar is the same height. The area under the mini player fades a little more softly. (d0e445e, f9578d7, 7b2b7d3)

Equalizer no longer blurred. The header fade from Home, Search and Your Library sometimes covered the top of the Equalizer screen. (d0e445e)

Jam and Search

Jam: a song played from Downloads no longer shares a private link from your phone, so friends now see its cover. (6c6eeec)

Search: the rolling hint in the search box stops when you leave the tab. (cb953c5)

Privacy

The Privacy Policy now covers how songs are suggested through Last.fm. Autoplay sends the name and artist of the song that's playing. Discover sends the names and artists of up to three songs you've played or liked. (556eb9f)
