Server dropped the space-digest feature, so remove the corresponding node-sdk surface: - delete fetchDigestConfig/updateDigestConfig modules + unwire the spaces barrel - remove the DigestConfig interface + its re-export - prune digest cases from spaces-moderation tests - update SERVER_ENDPOINTS.md and CLAUDE.md Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
