⚠️ Breaking change

The language server name changed from Deno to LSP-Deno. Projects that had the server enabled ("LSP": {"Deno": {"enabled": true}}) need the key renamed to LSP-Deno, or run LSP: Enable Language Server in Project again and choose "LSP-Deno". Project-specific setting overrides need the same rename.
