Submit MetaModule v2.16.0
Added Clang, a Physical Modeling and FM percussion synthesizer.
Added React, a four-output rhythm sequencer with genres, patterns and morphing.
Optimized Clang for MetaModule hardware with three overlapping voices and reduced CPU usage.
Improved faceplates, fonts and fullscreen displays.
Updated metadata and the complete list of all 12 included modules.
Synchronized the MetaModule version number with the VCV Rack release; both now use version 2.16.0.

Updated manuals for all Submit modules are available on the renewed Submit Audio website.
