Fixes in this version

• Precompile bytecode using target Lambda Python version (--python <version> from input.Runtime)
• Use --invalidation-mode checked-hash (survives zip extraction mtime changes)
• Rewrite paths with -s/-p to match Lambda's /var/task/ prefix
• Preserve __pycache__/.pyc through dependency copy (removed from exclude patterns)
• Remove -f flag: deps compiled once in cache, per-function compile skips existing .pyc
• Deps compiled once → copied with bytecode → function source compiled per-function (fast)

Expected Impact

• Cold starts reduced by 5-8s (eliminates runtime compile() calls)
• Build time: +1-2s for first function (deps compile), negligible for subsequent
• Correct Python version matching prevents cache_tag mismatches
