Document the GitHub repository default and manifest worktrees The repository now follows the project: --repo, else github.repo in conscience.yaml, else the checkout's origin remote. Add it to the conventions list and flag tables in the Command Reference, simplify the Getting Started and retrospective quick versions to run with no flags inside a checkout, and document github.repo and project.worktrees in Configuration, which had never covered either.
