Require Python 3.11+ and Pillow 13+ to adopt upstream Pillow security fixes, including CVE-2026-96778.

Python 3.10 users remain on instagrapi 3.1.0, whose Pillow dependency range excludes these fixes. Upgrade Python before installing instagrapi 3.2.0 or newer.

Test Python 3.11 through 3.14 and audit runtime dependencies in CI. Optional video helpers retain the separate MoviePy 2.2.1 installation with --no-deps.
