Prerelease build from fix/sourcepid-cache-thrash at commit ae0a111.

Included fixes:

• replace fragile menu bar corner hit-testing with AXHelpers.menuBarElement(nearDisplayOrigin:) for appearance overlay validation
• move overlay update flag writes back to MainActor
• keep spacing relaunches ordered and skip instead of aborting on Control Center/current app
• avoid freezing the item cache after transient missing-control-item passes
• use the screen under the mouse for event routing on multi-display setups
• resume app setup automatically after required permissions are granted
• allow local no-team builds to skip the same-team XPC requirement when no team identifier is present
