Updater installer handoff fix.

Fixed

  • Fixed the updater installer handoff after downloaded APK validation passes.
  • The updater now prefers ACTION_INSTALL_PACKAGE for the validated APK handoff.
  • Added ClipData URI grants for the downloaded APK content URI.
  • Grants read permission to resolved installer candidates before launching Package Installer.
  • Added installer permission state logging and unknown-source settings handling.
  • Added fallback to ACTION_VIEW if ACTION_INSTALL_PACKAGE fails.

Updated

  • Updated release metadata to 0.2.13 / 213.
  • Updated release APK naming to pakflix-v0.2.13-release.apk.

Preserved

  • Package, versionCode, and signer validation remain required before installer handoff.
  • v0.2.11 signer extraction fallback remains intact.
  • Playback diagnostics are unchanged.
  • Direct Play, Direct Stream, and Transcode behavior are unchanged.
  • Retry/fallback behavior is unchanged.
  • Compose player remains disabled.
  • v0.3.0 Home redesign is not included.
  • Release signing remains unchanged.
