Keep a Windows laptop working with the lid closed.
One switch sets every power policy involved — lid action (AC and battery), system and display idle timeouts, unattended sleep, console-lock display-off — plus the execution-state requests that keep the system awake and the display on. All originals are restored when you exit.

- Master toggle for closed-lid operation, with separate lid-action dropdowns for plugged in and on battery

Install
Download AlwaysUp.exe and run it. Requires Windows 10/11 and .NET Framework 4.x (already on every supported Windows). Elevation is requested at launch because changing power policy needs admin rights.
Single 62 KB executable. No installer, no runtime download, no network access, no telemetry.
