Fixed

  • Let a plugin inject the ApproverPool (5dd05aaa)

    ApproverPool is plugin API, and an approval provider asks it whether there are enough approvers before it starts
    holding, but its implementation was never handed to plugin contexts: Studio exposes only beans whose own class is
    marked @PluginApi. A provider plugin that injected it failed to activate with "No qualifying bean of type
    ApproverPool". It is now exposed like the other plugin-facing services.
