• Register a plugin's settings before its jobs start (0b173563)

  A plugin whose scheduled job reads one of its own settings when it is
  scheduled (for example in its interval supplier) no longer fails to
  activate with "Unknown setting key". Plugin bridges now attach in
  Spring's @order, with the settings bridge first, and detach in the
  reverse order.
