Apps, from templates. Mini Apps have become Apps: page, static, process and cli kinds, and four shipped templates — page-records, landing-static, api-service-hono, web-saas-next — each copied in as files with a worked feature, tests, notes for the agent (AICO.md), a backlog and a Dockerfile. AppManage replaces MiniAppManage (old name honoured one release); /app in the CLI; a Create app wizard and category-grouped Apps screen in the web portal.

Every step costs a tenth of the tail it used to. The stable runtime facts moved into the cached system prompt; the slash-command list and tool roster are gone from every request; git status is capped. A quiet step's tail went from 4,666 to 482 characters (−90%), measured by npm run test:economy. A QA-shaped message no longer swaps the tool set. The request header records a hash per prompt section, and the turn summary, summary card and composer show the cache share and name the section that moved when it did.

The portal's left column, rebuilt. Projects, always-on search, Recent at five, remembered folds, a keyboard tree, windowing past two hundred rows, drag-to-group; Apps, System and Settings as destinations with the session tabs only on sessions.

Removed: /studio, /team, /scaffold (redirects to /app for one release), the TeamPrompt tool and src/studio.

Fixed: the bound-app system prompt no longer walks node_modules; deleting an app whose database had been opened no longer fails with EBUSY on Windows.
