The system proposes lessons from evidence; you keep them in a click. After each turn the session log is read — no model call — for a rating with a note, a message you sent mid-turn to steer, a fix after a failing check or browser verdict, and a tool error that repeated. Each becomes a proposal in Settings → Memory → Suggested, with its evidence: Keep writes it as knowledge, a project fact, or a line about you; Dismiss records the decision so it is not proposed again. Capped at 25 open per project, dropped after thirty days.

A bounded model of the user. ~/.aico/USER.md holds at most twelve bullets, written only by adoption, rendered as its own section of the cached prefix. Once per start, what repeats across projects — a stack chosen twice, a correction kept twice — becomes a global proposal.

Decisions survive compaction. A short prefix bullet asks for one line in .aico/decisions.md per design choice; when a session compacts, the dropped turns are written in full to the session's reports and the summary names both.

Sub-agent economy. One shared cheap-model table drives session naming and a new recommendation in Settings → Models: run the read-only roles on the family's small model, with an Apply button that never overwrites what you set. /doctor says the same.

Duplicate on an app card. VS Code extension 0.6.7 attached. Full notes in CHANGELOG.md.
