fix: Fix MSIX AppxManifest.xml invalid FileType configuration for v1.8.3

  • Remove invalid file_extension: '' from MSIX configuration in pubspec.yaml
  • Resolve 'violates pattern constraint of .[^.]+' error in Windows MSIX build
  • Prevent generation of invalid uap:FileType.</uap:FileType> entries in AppxManifest.xml
  • Ensure MSIX manifest file type entries comply with Windows App packaging requirements
  • Fix uap:FileType validation issue in AppxManifest.xml generation
  • Improve MSIX manifest schema compliance for Windows package deployment
