New operator commands

  • sukko topics — manage a tenant's provisioned topics (list / create / delete) against the topics REST API.
  • sukko webhook — manage webhook delivery registrations (operator, Pro+): create, list, get, update, delete, test. webhook update --secret / --secret-file rotates a webhook's HMAC signing secret in place (requires sukko v1.0.6+, which added secret rotation on the webhook PATCH).

All commands authenticate with your admin keypair.
