--install — Loadout can now actually install the recommended plugins, not just print the commands. It runs claude plugin marketplace add / claude plugin install via the Claude Code CLI.
Safeguards: opt-in only, Claude target only, community/unverified items are never auto-installed, shell metacharacters rejected, and it falls back to printing commands if the claude CLI isn't found.
npx claude-loadout --all --installMCP servers + hooks were already auto-written; this closes the loop for skills/plugins.
