Mainly bug fixes, however this version also introduces the concept of "mirrors" for the upgrade scripts, as well as the ability to rebuild the request database should the need arise, among other things. A complete changelog is available at http://firealarms.mooo.com/mrs/#changelog

For a new installation, download the source code package and extract it to a fresh directory. Upgrades require the use of the upgrade package and the associated MD5 hash file. An MD5 hash for the source code packages, although unnecessary, is provided on the main site: http://firealarms.mooo.com/mrs/#downloading
