Mostly a bugfix release, but also introduces a new feature whereby the daily request limits can now be applied to usernames rather than just IP addresses. A complete changelog is available at http://firealarms.mooo.com/mrs/#changelog

For a new installation, download the source code package and extract it to a fresh directory. Upgrades require the use of the upgrade package and the associated MD5 hash file. An MD5 hash for the source code packages, although unnecessary, is provided on the main site: http://firealarms.mooo.com/mrs/#downloading
