v0.3.6 — French interface

  • Added Français as a fourth switchable interface language (English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Français). New installations still begin in English.
  • Newly created reading notes, thoughts, excerpts, and research notes use French metadata labels in French UI; note search understands English, Simplified Chinese, and French labels.
  • Fixed remaining English gaps so live reader status, search status, scan progress, confirmation dialogs, backup summaries, and error details are fully translated.
  • Fixed a Traditional-Chinese edge case where non-plugin strings (book paths/titles) could be character-converted.
  • Added repeatable automated i18n regression tests (12 tests) with a static guard for untranslated dynamic UI; tests run in CI.
  • No reader behavior, user data, or supported format changed.
