🔧 Technical Improvements

• Enhanced StatusBarController with global mouse tracking
• Added QuantizedMousePosition struct for efficient cache invalidation
• Updated StatusBarRenderSignature to support mouse position tracking
• Implemented eye drawing logic in StatusBarDisplayRenderer
• Mouse tracking automatically activates only for googly_cat character

📋 How to Use

1. Open NetBar preferences
2. Select "咕咕眼猫" (Googly Eyes Cat) from the character list
3. Watch the eyes follow your mouse cursor as you move it around
4. Switch to other characters to disable mouse tracking

🐛 Fixes

• Fixed mouse tracking to only affect the googly_cat character
• Other characters remain completely unaffected
